A half dozen or so monkeys climbed the palm tree outside our villa; we heard them on the roof; we saw them on the garden wall. The girl in the bar last night had warned us not to leave anything outside as there were monkeys; we took her advice

As Bulgari is atop a high cliff, getting to the beach is an adventure.
We walked down a couple of dozen steps to the "inclinator," a
conveyance on track to take us down the cliff. Think of an elevator car running
on a track with a metal floor and frame and sides of bamboo. The angle is at

more steps to the tiny beach. It was stifling as no air stirred on the cliff.
With a private pool at each villa and a large pool near the bar, the beach
isn't worth it.
46th Wedding
Anniversary - About 7:00 we got a call that a cart was on the way to pick us
up. We were driven to a pavilion overlooking the ocean; candles and flower
petals decorated it. Yana served our meal. We enjoyed each course and
the two hours seemed to pass quickly. After the meal, a buggy took us back to
the villa. What a unique anniversary!
The next day we began the flights home.
